'Course, that comes with the caveat that I have no idea what's in cold medicine, so you'd basically be puttin' faith in the idea that whatever void I'm pulling this rhyming shit from will know.

[but, oh. it can be hard to read Dave's expression sometimes, but right now, it ... actually might be even moreso. that's just the face he makes when he's looking inward, seeing all the times something has gone wrong that he's come to blame himself for, and silently promising not to let Rion down here, either.]

[also because he thinks he's a metaphorically sick enough rapper that he can rhyme orange without it sounding stupid. and, it doesn't sound stupid exactly — more like dorky? like the kind of dorky where you rhyme orange and storage. but it does do the trick.]
